The staff was extremely friendly, the accommodation was lovely and fairly clean. The room was fashionable, beds were good - I loved the place. Breakfast was delicious, well presented and with plenty of options. Historic location at a near distance from a central square. Easy check-in & good service...

strongly recommend to others. the place was deluxe, we really enjoyed it. ristorante scaligero, where you can eat, is just walking distance from the hotel.

Greatly enjoyed how QUIET the property was. Adjacent to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Deluxe double room overlooks street and includes an electric kettle, a fridge and glassware. When we came, the host met us and was nice.
